St. Patrick's Day in Lawrence

The infamous KLWN cruiser got green and got in line, awaiting the crowds and tradition of the St. Patrick's Day parade in downtown Lawrence. This is just before the start of the parade, and KLWN was positioned right near the Corvette Club. Despite cold weather, the turnout was tremendous as usual!

Old Time Radio Presentation

The Youth Theatre troupe at Theatre Lawrence came to the KLWN studios to perform the radio version of "A Christmas Carol" by Charles Dickens. "About the House" host Jeremy Taylor had a full house for the Saturday morning production!

Boy Scouts Tour Station

Our sincere thanks to Cub Scout Pack 3025 for coming by the studios to check out KLWN and our sister stations 105.9 Kiss FM and 92.9 the Bull! The scouts are learning about communication and information in today's society.
