Governor Sam Brownback is going to produce details of his new plan to finance public schools Wednesday. Officials from the Kansas Association of School Boards have said they’re skeptical because the administration has been very tight lipped about the plan. But Brownback’s office has said there will be no cuts. The state gives out three billion dollars a year in aid to 283 school districts across the state.
