Cold case of cold-blooded murder re-opened

The killings happened nearly a decade ago. Karen Harkness and Michael Cisco were found dead, an apparent double homicide. At the time, investigators couldn't gather enough evidence to charge a person they thought committed the crime. Between 2002 and now, though, forensics have advanced enough that prosecutors think they have a pair of murders with which to charge 51-year-old Dana Chandler. Michael Cisco was her ex-husband and today, Chandler will have her first day in court at a preliminary hearing. It proceeds after a judge threw out a defense request that charges be dropped because what it said was false information was included in the arrest warrant.
