The Burlingame man convicted for killing his wife, two daughters and his wife’s grandmother has been sentenced to die.

A judge took a jury’s recommendation and sentenced Kahler to death…then ordered him to stay in court, while the relatives of his victims talked about how much they’ve suffered. Kahler didn’t speak during his hearing. It was Thanksgiving 2009 when Kahler shot them….psychiatrists testifying for his defense saying that he was so depressed over his pending divorce that he was unable to control his emotions.
