The Lawrence Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors has tapped 1320 KLWN's Hank Booth to lead the Chamber on an interim basis. Booth takes over as the board begins a search for a full-time President. The chair of the board of directors, Cindy Yulich, says Hanks’ passion for the Lawrence community makes him ideally suited for this role. Booth is going to be charged with maintaining Chamber relationships throughout the community, with state and local elected officials and serving as its public face.
