A state law that would have kept federal money from going to Planned parenthood has been blocked by a district judge. The court granted a prelimary injunction in favor of the organization. Planned parenthood had sued hoping to block the law…arguing that it’s not just an abortion provider, but they also use federal money for cancer screenings, breast exams and birth control for low-income patients‘. The state’s attorney general says he’s going to fight the decision.
